Todd's memorial service will be Apr 1st, 2008

I have booked my flights and reserved a room and a car.

It has been almost 2 weeks since we got the news, but I'm still not over the shock of Todd's untimely passing. I hope it helps his family to know how much Todd was loved, admired and respected by friends, coworkers and thousands of people who only knew him a little, or just knew his work.

He will be irreplaceable but he will also be unforgettable

I will be blogging about my trip to Memphis.

Susie, I posted with my board name which is ...1-Elvis but it showed as Elvis....
I hope no one thinks I was being crude.I don't know why it showed that way.

Susie, I hope I have the right person who created that wonderful blog about Todd Morgan's memorial service. Those of who wanted to be there but couldn't really appreciate what you have done. I am not sure how I will handle the vigil this year without Todd's presence & his wonderful words to the fans. He always made it clear to the "curiosity seekers" that they were welcome to attend but they needed to understand that they were also guests at a memorial & guests of the fans. He always put it in such a friendly yet admonishing way! I saw Todd frequently over the years. I am sue he never remembered my name but he always acknowledged me whenever & wherever we met during Elvis week & other occasions. I would not want to be in EPE's shoes right now - Todd will be impossible to replace. Thanks again, Susie.

Susie, I hope I am now in. I am the one who recently came in as anonymous because I seem to have trouble setting up accounts. However, I have no trouble with Elvis & anything Elvis. Thanks again.

I couldn't make the service and was trying everywhere for info. Thank you for taking the time to help us who couldn't make it to the service. I'm hoping Graceland will have some small service for August. Like you my heart aches and I will miss him terribly. It looked like a beautiful service. He deserved the best.
